During the first session, we’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and background. This is a time to ask questions and see if your chosen therapist’s therapeutic approach feels like a good fit for you. Think of it as a starting point to build trust and map out a plan for your journey.

The duration of therapy varies depending on your goals and circumstances. Some clients find a few sessions helpful, while others engage in therapy for several months or longer for deeper work
Therapy Intensives are an accelerated therapeutic approach to healing. Instead of meeting with your therapist on a weekly, 46-60 mins basis, we off them in three hours of therapy for one, two, or three days. This allows for three to nine hours of therapy within a one to three day span. Again, its an intensive approach to healing at an accelerated rate.
